At Banico, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Period

To request a return, please contact us at support@banico.shop within 30 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide your order number, the email address associated with the order, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Items should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, with included components and accessories where applicable.

Free Returns

Eligible returns within the 30-day return period are provided at no additional return-shipping cost to the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returns sent without contacting our customer service team first may experience processing delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@banico.shop.

Please include your order number and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue. Our team will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Order Cancellations
